Refund Policy

Due to the fact that Monroeslist.com is selling non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the ad is displayed online. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing an ad on our site. However we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore we DO HONOR requests for a refund for the following reasons:

( 1 ) Website defects: Although we monitor the site to ensure it is always active, there could be a circumstance where you pay for an ad and it does not get posted. After providing the correct information and we can prove the payment was issued and no ad was delivered, we will first give you the option to re-post the ad at no additional fee. If you choose not to repost the ad, we will refund the cost of the ad.

Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week (7 days) after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use or Privacy Statement.
